Barbecue Warranty Claims

Thank you for purchasing a barbecue from our store. We hope that your purchase gives you many years of enjoyment. We encourage all purchasers to fill out warranty registration cards provided by the manufacturers as this greatly facilities any future claims.

All warranty claims must be accompanied by the following:

a) serial number
b) bill of sale
c) damaged part

Barbecue serial numbers are located on the CGA rating label. This label can be found on the barbecue’s base plate or supporting back brace. Please note that serial numbers are not recorded on your bill of sale, as they are specific to each barbecue.

Within one (1) year from date of purchase:

Warranty claims involving normally stocked replacement parts will be exchanged by Barbecue Country at no charge. Barbecue Country will be pleased to administer warranty claims involving all other parts on your behalf.

Unfortunately, warranties do not include labour, transportation of your barbecue, and/or service calls. Should any of these services be required in conjunction with a warranty claim, standard charges will apply.

After one (1) year from date of purchase:

Warranty claims can be processed directly through the manufacturer and contact information can be obtained from your warranty card that accompanies your product.

PLEASE NOTE: Unless otherwise specified, the manufacturers do not cover the following items under warranty: barbecue covers, replacement parts, and rotisserie motors. Therefore, we are unable to honor any claims made by our customers after initial purchase.
